A healthy lifestyle requires you to move more and sit less. As of 2014, 54% of Canadians have taken this to heart and spend their leisure time engaged in physical activity. For many of these people, it’s more than just maintaining a healthy weight. From improving mental health to reducing the risk of chronic diseases, physical activity has been proven to improve lives. Yet, there are still too many people who don’t engage in enough physical activity to experience the benefits.
